Development Director

Job Description:
Responsible for developing, implementing and managing the short and long term goals, strategies and activities related to achieving fundraising goals, donor development and public relations, marketing and advertising. This includes leveraging key relationships and contacts within and outside of the Baton Rouge Capital Area to ensure meeting revenue goals, while retaining a focus on the core mission of the Baton Rouge Crisis Intervention Center, Inc.
 
Requirements:
Written and verbal communication skills; Numerating skills; Interpersonal skills, Self-motivated, Ethical/principled PREFERRED: Management/administration skills, Knowledge of the community
