Funding

The Center's funding comes from numerous sources including Capital Area United Way, LSU self-assessed student fees, the Capital Area Human Services District, the State of Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals (Office of Mental Health). Program service fees, memorial donations, and honorariums also generate funds, as do individual and organization Center memberships and contributions from groups throughout the Baton Rouge area. We are especially indebted to the Pennington Foundation, the Crisis Center Foundation, the Huey and Angelina Wilson Foundation, Rotary Club, PPC Mechanical Seals and the Baton Rouge Area Foundation.

If you'd like to make a donation to the Center, or for information about pledges and Leadership Gifts you may contact the Center at 225.924.1431.
